Food Buying
The Food Buying committee orders food prior to the Symposium and coordinates with the Food Donations committee to see that food is picked up and set up throughout the Symposium. Also, this committee should make sure that there is plenty of food throughout the day.
Judges
This committee coordinates with professors and schedules two judges for each presentation.
Moderator / Practice Session
This committee is in charge of reserving Chandler 102 for practice sessions and creating sign up sheets for practice sessions and moderators. Each Psi Chi member is required to moderate at the symposium.
Publicity

Reception
The Reception Committee oversees decisions involving the reception following the keynote speaker. This includes deciding and arranging for food for the reception and making arrangements for furniture.
Scheduling
The scheduling committee organizes the call for papers to determine how many presentations there will be. This committee also creates a schedule of presentations and orders the program from the document center.
